{"id":7369,"date":"2026-02-19T17:38:48","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T16:38:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ca-personalfinancemobility.com\/?post_type=actualite&#038;p=7369"},"modified":"2026-02-19T17:38:48","modified_gmt":"2026-02-19T16:38:48","slug":"rixain-law-indicators-2025-credit-agricole-personal-finance-mobility","status":"publish","type":"actualite","link":"https:\/\/www.ca-personalfinancemobility.com\/en\/actualite\/rixain-law-indicators-2025-credit-agricole-personal-finance-mobility\/","title":{"rendered":"Rixain Law Indicators 2025 Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Personal Finance &amp; Mobility"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The French law of 24 December 2021 aimed at accelerating women\u2019s economic and professional equality, known as the Rixain Law, requires companies employing at least 1,000 people to publish annual data on the representation of women and men among senior executives and governing bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2022, companies concerned must publish these indicators annually on their corporate website as well as on the website of the French Ministry of Labour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Results for the 2025 reporting year<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Consumer Finance S.A., operating under the name Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Personal Finance &amp; Mobility reached in 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>30.9% women and 69.1% men in governing bodies<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>23.8% women and 76.2% men senior executives<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These results show that the interim target set for 2026 has been achieved for governing bodies. Progress has also been made regarding senior executive representation, although continued efforts are required to meet regulatory targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Targets set by the Rixain Law<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The regulation establishes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a minimum of 30% of each gender by 1 March 2026;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a target increased to 40% by 1 March 2029.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Where these thresholds are not met, companies must define and implement corrective measures to promote balanced gender representation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Commitment to professional equality<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The company continues to actively promote gender diversity and professional equality through a transparent approach focused on continuous improvement in the representation of women and men within its leadership bodies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The French law of 24 December 2021 aimed at accelerating women\u2019s economic and professional equality, known as the Rixain Law, requires companies employing at least 1,000 people to publish annual data on the representation of women and men among senior executives and governing bodies.
