While environmental concerns remain important, the French are now approaching eco-renovation from a very practical angle: optimizing their expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The desire to reduce energy bills is the primary motivation for 73% of them. This pragmatic approach illustrates the growing importance of economic considerations in renovation decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Improving comfort (51%) and home maintenance (35%) complement these expectations, demonstrating that the desired benefits are both immediate and long-lasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The French report allocating an average budget of \u20ac3,634 for their energy-efficiency renovation projects. This amount represents an 8% increase year-on-year, reflecting a gradual rise in these projects’ importance to households.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, this budget often remains lower than the actual cost of some energy-efficiency renovations, which may explain why some projects remain partial or are postponed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
