{"id":3706,"date":"2025-12-29T16:46:14","date_gmt":"2025-12-29T15:46:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ca-personalfinancemobility.com\/publication\/agilauto-partage-et-openfleet-sassocient\/"},"modified":"2026-01-06T14:49:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T13:49:09","slug":"agilauto-partage-and-openfleet-join-forces","status":"publish","type":"publication","link":"https:\/\/www.ca-personalfinancemobility.com\/en\/publication\/agilauto-partage-and-openfleet-join-forces\/","title":{"rendered":"Agilauto Partage and OpenFleet join forces to become the leader in corporate car sharing in France by 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Agilauto Partage, a joint subsidiary of Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Personal Finance &amp; Mobility and Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Leasing &amp; Factoring and a specialist in rural electric car-sharing and corporate car-sharing, and OpenFleet, a company specializing in car-sharing technologies for corporate and local authority car fleets, announce a partnership to become the French leader in corporate car-sharing by 2026 with 10,000 vehicles managed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>This strategic merger will provide fleet managers with a turnkey car-sharing solution integrating one of the most advanced technologies on the market, operations management and employee change support.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10,000 MANAGED CARSHARING VEHICLES BY 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agilauto Partage currently manages 200 car-sharing vehicles, 90% of which are electric.In January 2024, the company decided to replicate its car-sharing model in rural areas to businesses.It aims to manage a fleet of 10,000 vehicles by 2026 and thus become the French leader in car-sharing among businesses and local authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For its part, OpenFleet has already equipped several thousand vehicles with its car-sharing technology, either directly or through its distribution network.Currently, it manages a fleet of more than 1,000 vehicles directly with private companies and local authorities.Faced with a growing demand, OpenFleet is looking to strengthen its network of distributors and focus on its know-how and technological expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A COMPLETE SOLUTION TO SIMPLIFY THE TRANSITION TO CAR-SHARING FOR BUSINESSES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faced with the challenges of sustainable development and a necessary budget optimization of fleets, car sharing is a solution to reduce the size of the fleet (1 car sharing vehicle in a company replaces 3 vehicles on average), reduce CO2 emissions and energy consumption, while offering a new mobility service to employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To simplify the transition to car sharing, Agilauto Partage and OpenFleet offer business leaders and fleet managers a turnkey solution based on their respective expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the one hand, on the OpenFleet technology that allows to equip up to 95% of models of thermal or electric car with a car sharing box. This allows the calculation of usage data (duration and mileage), the verification of the identity of the driver to guarantee the safety and reliability of the service, and the simplification of access to the vehicle without a physical key. The employee, via an application developed by OpenFleet or via his professional badge, can unlock and lock the vehicle, which guarantees flexibility and autonomy to users.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, Agilauto Partage combines with OpenFleet technology all the operations inherent in the launch and monitoring of car-sharing projects that can often be a brake for fleet managers: maintenance of vehicles, management of claims and fines, awareness and support for the change of employees to implement the mobility service sustainably, etc.<br>Agilauto Partage can also provide the company or the client community with other types of electric or thermal vehicles (commercial vehicles, minibuses) in LLD to complete the catalog of vehicles offered by carsharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MAKE CAR SHARING A SOURCE OF INCOME FOR THE BUSINESS AND AN ALTERNATIVE OF MOBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OpenFleet and Agilauto Partage also allow the company or the community to monetize the car-sharing service outside working hours and thus make car-sharing a source of revenue. Via the car sharing app, a booking and payment module can be activated in the evening and on weekends so that employees book vehicles outside working hours and easily pay the user fees set by the company.
