Mobility, and 39% by Banco BPM) has successfully completed <strong>Sunrise 2026-1, the 29th transaction under the Sunrise Program and the second transaction with a significant risk transfer<\/strong> (SRT) completed by the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction involves a highly granular portfolio of performing consumer loans originated by Agos, representative of the company&#8217;s position among the leading players in the Italian consumer credit market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction was structured through the issuance of various classes of asset-backed securities for a <strong>total amount of approximately \u20ac1.2 billion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Structure and Pricing of the Notes<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction involved the issuance of the following classes of notes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Class A (AAA DBRS\/AA+ Fitch) \u2013 \u20ac933.5 million Pricing: Euribor +70 bps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class B \u2013 \u20ac88.7 million Final Pricing: Euribor +100 bps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class C \u2013 \u20ac71.3 million Final Pricing: Euribor +125 bps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class D \u2013 \u20ac42.3 million Final Pricing: Euribor +150 bps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class E \u2013 \u20ac49.1 million Final Pricing: Euribor +285 bps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The mezzanine tranches were offered to the market under the SRT structure, while a significant portion of the senior tranche was retained by the originator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Investor Demand<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The placement attracted total investor orders of approximately \u20ac1.4 billion, with broad and diversified participation from European institutional investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Class A senior tranche, for which the amount offered to the market was increased from \u20ac400 million to approximately \u20ac560 million, recorded coverage of approximately 1.5x compared to the offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mezzanine tranches showed significantly higher levels of demand, with book coverage ranging from approximately 3x to over 5x, allowing for an improvement in pricing compared to initial guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, the transaction involved approximately 40 investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Geographic Distribution and Investor Type<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The distribution of investors showed strong geographic diversification:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Benelux \u2013 approximately 28%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>France \u2013 approximately 24%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Italy \u2013 approximately 18%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>United Kingdom \u2013 approximately 17%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Germany and Austria \u2013 approximately 7%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other European countries \u2013 approximately 5%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By investor type\u00a0participation was primarily composed of :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Asset managers \u2013 approximately 63%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banks \u2013 approximately 37%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>A Sign of Resilience in the European ABS Market<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The placement was completed less than two days after the book opened, amid high volatility in international financial markets following geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this environment, the European securitization market demonstrated significant resilience compared to other capital market segments, reopening quickly after a brief hiatus and allowing new transactions to successfully access the primary market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The success of Sunrise 2026-1 also confirms investors&#8217; consolidated trust in Agos&#8217;s securitization platform, built over more than twenty years of continuous presence in the European ABS market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Advisors for the transaction<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9dit Agricole CIB and Banca Akros acted as Arrangers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9dit Agricole CIB, Banca Akros, BBVA, and Intesa Sanpaolo acted as Joint Lead Managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allen &amp;
