Agilauto relies on more than 7,000 Crédit Agricole branches and a network of partners to deliver mobility solutions that reflect the realities on the ground in each region. Its teams first carry out a personalised assessment to identify the most suitable vehicle, powertrain, budget and services for each customer. They then draw on a multi-brand catalogue of petrol/diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles to build the mobility solution best aligned with customers’ actual needs and budget constraints. This support is designed for both private individuals and businesses, particularly those with small fleets, which are often less well served by traditional long-term leasing providers.
In 2025, almost one Agilauto contract in two involved an electric vehicle. This result reflects the efforts of its teams to promote this type of vehicle and to remove barriers related to charging, cost and driving range, while taking into account local conditions and actual usage. The electric vehicle offer includes a wide range of services: charging point installation, advice on charging solutions, roadside assistance, maintenance, and personalised support through a concierge service. The flexibility of leasing contracts also enables customers to test electric vehicles or switch powertrains as their mobility needs evolve.
