Hiflow optimises automotive logistics with two new services

Hiflow, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, is the French leader in single-vehicle delivery. The company is expanding its offer with two new services designed for fleet managers: 24h express delivery and intelligent return. These solutions simplify operations, reduce costs and improve the customer experience, while being part of a sustainable mobility approach.

Express delivery 24h: responsiveness and customer satisfaction

Faced with a growing demand for fast delivery of vehicles, Hiflow offers a solution capable of getting a vehicle to the customer’s home in less than 24 hours.
Launched in June 2025, this offer has already attracted dealers, distributors and rental companies, with a +44% growth recorded over the summer period.

Intelligent Restitution: Simplify vehicle returns while reducing impactecological

Designed for vehicle returns at the end of the contract, intelligent return allows fleet managers to become more efficient. Thanks to an automatic orientation to the nearest site and the dematerialised transmission of the minutes, this service: 
-Reduces processing times
-Reduces transport costs by up to 29%
-Reduces kilometres travelled by 43% on average*
By optimising journeys and exchanges, Hi Flow improves the customer experience while contributing to more responsible logistics.

Emission reduction: the “Transport mix” 

Hiflow goes further with a device to limit the empty journeys of conveyors, responsible for 33% of the company’s CO² emissions. By intelligently combining transport, Hiflow reduces its carbon footprint while optimising its logistics flows.

With more than one million vehicles delivered and more than 300 major account customers, Hiflow confirms its role as a pioneer in responsible automotive logistics. These innovations are part of the strategyCrédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, which aims to offer a comprehensive mobility service ecosystem.
