In the 2023-2024 CSR report, Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility reaffirms its ambitions and highlights the concrete actions carried out in the service of Crédit Agricole’s raison d’être “to act every day in the interest of our customers and society”. At the heart of the Group’s Societal Project, our CSR strategy has two ambitions: to act for the climate and the transition to a low-carbon economy and to strengthen cohesion and social inclusion.
“Acting for tomorrow” highlights our actions for a low-carbon economy around electric mobility, home renovation, the circular economy and reducing our carbon footprint. It deals with everything we do together, in all entities, for a more inclusive world, around more accessible credit, the protection of fragile customers, equal opportunities for employees and support for young people for access to employment.
