CA Personal Finance & Mobility scored 88/100 on the Gender Equality Index in 2024.
In order to combat inequalities between women and men, the French government has set up a rating index: the professional equality index, which aims to observe not only pay gaps, but also causes; offer a simple approach to all companies; and strengthen transparency through the publication of the index.
It is based on five criteria: the pay gap, individual increases and promotions, the percentage of female employees increased on their return from maternity leave and the number of women and men in the top ten earners.
Every year by 1 March, companies with at least 50 employees are required to publish their overall rating on the matter, and to take corrective action if their rating is below 75/100.
With 88/100, Personal Finance & Mobility gets the maximum score on three of the five indicators, namely the difference in the rate of individual increases, the difference in the rate of promotions, as well as the increases on return from maternity leave.
