Laurent Permasse becomes Sofinco Eco-Transitions Director
Sofinco announces the appointment, since October 7, 2024, of Laurent Permasse as Sofinco Eco-Transitions Director. He reports to Nikola Garat, Director of Consulting and Personal Support, and joins the Executive Committee of Sofinco. Its arrival will help support Sofinco’s ambition to become a leader in energy renovation.
The diversity of its banking expertise, its knowledge of changes in personal financing and its skills in the housing sector will be assets to support Sofinco’s ambition to become a leader in the energy renovation market.
Biography
Laurent Permasse started his career in 1991 in entrepreneurship by creating the social ticket that became the pre-funded CESU. In 1996, he joined the Banques Populaires group within Natixis Intertitres and in 2007 the BPCE group at Natixis Interépargne as Head of Development of the Banque Populaire network. Eleven years later, he joined La Banque Postale Group, where he held the position of Director of Consumer Markets, Wealth and Pricing at Retail Banking. In 2021, he became Chairman of the Management Board of SOFIAP (a subsidiary of La Banque Postale and SNCF) and contributed significantly to the development of the business of distributing subsidized real estate loans by companies. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Paris-Ile de France Capitale Economique – CCI Paris IDF
