Giving and receiving feedback from colleagues is a lever for empowerment and continuous improvement. As part of the Human Project, Smart Conso CA & LCL is piloting a scheme designed to boost collective performance by developing this new reflex, which is essential to individual progress and teamwork.

On January 21, 2025, all Smart Conso employees gathered for the launch of the initiative. Introduced by Anne Laimé, CEO of Smart Conso, the launch conference highlighted the actions already taken: organizational simplification, empowerment, increased autonomy, new managerial rituals—all levers for collective progress. The pilot, which aims to anchor a positive and constructive feedback culture, is now moving up a gear.

Co-developed with Sophie Toupet, HR Project Manager, Laetitia Freixo Fernandes, Human Project Coordinator at Smart Conso accompanied by Ruy Gaitas, and Skillsday, the training program offers a progressive path over a period of six months: self-assessments via commitment questionnaires, an inspiring conference, e-learning, and practical workshops led by Skillsday coaches. The key for each employee: knowing how to formulate effective and useful feedback, anchoring the request for feedback in their habits, and knowing how to receive feedback and put it into practice. An increase in skills that will make a positive and lasting contribution to the collective performance of Smart Conso.
