The For Youth endowment fund supports projects dedicated to young people, focusing on education, inclusion, career guidance and preparation for the jobs of tomorrow. Employees can get involved alongside the initiatives supported by the fund to mentor and support young people..
Skills-based volunteering enables our employees to dedicate part of their working time to missions of general interest. Through the J’agis program, each employee can commit up to five working days to partner nonprofit organizations.
Launched in 2024, our Corporate Giving Program recognizes and supports employees involved in nonprofit projects with a positive impact on society and the environment. Project leaders can receive financial support to help the nonprofit organization they wish to support.
