Committed Company

At Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, our commitments lie at the heart of our strategy. They drive our transformation and guide all our actions:

  • Transparency and ethics for our customers,
  • A shared ambition for our employees,
  • Our businesses as drivers of social and environmental transitions for society,
  • Rigorous monitoring of progress through strong governance.

These commitments apply across all our locations, with concrete initiatives such as the B Corp certification obtained by our subsidiaries Creditplus in Germany and Credibom in Portugal. A Stakeholder Committee ensures ongoing dialogue with civil society and oversees the implementation of these commitments.

A Corporate Model Built on Four Commitments

Being a universal and ethical actor at the service of our clients’ projects

Supporting all our customers in each moment of life in complete transparency and ethics while respecting their choices.

Being a player in the evolution of society

Being an innovative and modern player

Offering each of our customers and partners modern solutions by innovating in our offers and tools and by remaining attentive to society.

Being an employer of choice

Enabling each of our employees to achieve professional fulfillment in the service of customers and society.
