The French law of 24 December 2021 aimed at accelerating women’s economic and professional equality, known as the Rixain Law, requires companies employing at least 1,000 people to publish annual data on the representation of women and men among senior executives and governing bodies.
Since 2022, companies concerned must publish these indicators annually on their corporate website as well as on the website of the French Ministry of Labour.

These results show that the interim target set for 2026 has been achieved for governing bodies. Progress has also been made regarding senior executive representation, although continued efforts are required to meet regulatory targets.
