Agos, a joint venture between Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility and Banco BPMen Italy, has been included for the first time in Great Place To Work®’s Best Workplaces™ Italy 2026 ranking, an award based on employee feedback and initiatives promoting well-being in the workplace.

This award specifically recognizes companies where professional relationships are built on trust, regardless of role, gender, or seniority.

A structuring step for the company

Present in Italy for over 35 years in consumer credit, Agos is taking an important step with this first integration.

It is consistent with its strategy and supports the objectives defined in its 2028 medium-term plan.

Corporate culture rests on three pillars:

  • Confidence.
  • Ambition.
  • Care.

Concrete measures to support employees

Over time, Agos has developed several initiatives to meet the needs of its employees.

Among them:

  • A policy dedicated to family caregivers, including specific leave, flexibility, training, and psychological support.
  • Measures to support parenthood, aimed at supporting different family models and promoting work-life balance.

Since 2022, the company has also implemented a policy against gender-based violence, with psychological and legal support as well as appropriate professional solutions.

A work environment that fosters engagement

This distinction reflects a work environment in which employees can be involved, grow, and actively contribute.

As Laura Pedretti, Human Resources Director at Agos, points out:

“This result reinforces a path based on concrete commitment: creating an environment in which people can grow, actively contribute, and be the protagonists of shared change.”

High levels of confidence

According to Great Place To Work® data, companies in the Best Workplaces™ Italy ranking have an average trust index of 85%.

This level is higher than:

  • 10 points above the average for Great Place To Work® certified companies
  • 41 points above the Italian average
