On January 8, CAPFM entered into a partnership with the association Wave Auto. This marks an additional step in our commitment to gender diversity within our automotive subsidiaries Agilauto and CA Auto Bank France, in line with our human project.
Wave Auto is a recognised association of general interest that promotes gender diversity in the automotive and mobility professions by bringing together professionals in the sector and facilitating the sharing of best practices.
The ambitions of this partnership include the participation of CAPFM in Wave Auto events and the promotion of the automotive and mobility professions to women, while providing complementary expertise. The goal is to diversify talent and enrich the dynamics of the sector.
Richard Bouligny, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of CAPFM, Automotive, Mobility and Group Services, signed this agreement on January 8 in Massy with Elisabeth Young, President of Wave Auto. The initiative, led by Aliette de Varenne, Deputy Director of Agilauto, who has been involved with the association for several years, has received the support of Etienne Epitalon, Group Human Resources Director of CAPFM, Etienne Royol, Chief Executive Officer of CA Auto Bank France, and Jean-Michel Baylaucq, Executive Director of Agilauto.
This partnership is based on common values and shared convictions: diversity and diversity are essential factors for dynamism and performance within teams.
Wave Auto and CAPFM firmly believe that promoting gender diversity in the automotive sector, still often perceived as very masculine, is crucial for the future. Aliette de Varenne and Elisabeth Young have already collaborated and know that diversity within teams brings richness and fulfilment for all.
Ludivine Borde, Head of Marketing & Customer Experience and Prescribers Communication & Events at Agilauto, recalled the existence of the mixed network of CAPFM, Mixt’ & Win “diversity is everyone’s business, it promotes collective intelligence and unity”. Mixt & Win will be able to fully benefit from this new partnership and attract new members who will be keen to promote gender diversity.
