For the second year in a row, Creditplus, a subsidiary of Personal Finance & Mobility in Germany, has been awarded the title “Customer Service of the Year” in the “Finance Company” category. A distinction that confirms its long-term commitment to customer satisfaction and its position as a benchmark in the market.

Recognition that confirms a strategy centred on the customer experience

After a first success in 2025, Creditplus is renewing the feat by once again winning this prestigious award, awarded to companies that place the quality of support at the heart of their strategy.

A demanding evaluation

The “Customer Service of the Year” label is based on a rigourous system of “mystery” tests carried out over ten weeks.
In total:

  •    225 interactions analysed
  •    An evaluation on several channels: phone, e-mail, website, social networks,
  •    Attention paid to the quality of responses, availability and user-friendliness of exchanges
With a score of 72 points, up 21% compared to the previous year (59.5 points), Creditplus demonstrates continuous improvement and a strong ability to transform customer feedback into concrete actions.
This increase reflects the effectiveness of the improvements deployed within customer service.

“This new award is a huge source of pride for our teams,” said Torsten Bauer, Customer Service Director at Creditplus. “It confirms that our approach of listening and continuous improvement is bearing fruit. At Creditplus, we see customer service not as a speed race, but as a marathon: a human adventure that drives us to always do better for our customers.”
