Stéphane Chardon appointed Head of Crédit Agricole Group Personal Finance & Mobility

Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility announces the appointment of Stéphane Chardon as Head of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility Group (CAPFM) as of 1 September 2025. He will report directly to Jean-Etienne Hedde, Head of Risk, Permanent Control, Credit and Compliance, CAPFM Group.

His experience will be an asset to meet the challenges of credit evolution, between customer expectations for faster, flexible and personalized services, technology evolving rapidly with AI and open banking, and the need to be more inclusive and offer solutions to as many people as possible.

Biography

Stéphane CHARDON began his career in 2003 as a financial auditor at KPMG before joining the Group Inspection Générale of Crédit Agricole SA in 2007. He joined Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring (CAL&F) in 2011 and completed assignments at Emporiki Leasing and Eurofactor Germany, which he joined in 2012 as Head of Finance and Subsidiaries. Back in France in 2017 at CAL&F, he held the position of Head of Management Control and General Resources and then Director of Strategic Programs at the General Management, including the creation of Mobility. He then joined the Olinn Group in 2022 as Director of Integration and Support Functions before becoming its Secretary General in charge of sovereign functions.

Stéphane CHARDON holds a degree in finance from KEDGE Business School and a degree in accounting and financial expertise.
