Hiflow achieves exceptional growth internationally in 2024, driven by innovation and the confidence of market players
Hiflow, the French No. 1 in unit delivery, recorded exceptional growth internationally, exceeding 62% in Spain and Belgium, thanks to a strategy combining adaptation to local specificities and innovation in services. With results 25% higher than expected, Hiflow confirms its leading position by meeting the needs of a rapidly changing market.
International growth exceeding 62% marked by strategies adapted to local markets
2024, marked by the opening of Hiflow’s services in Italy, saw Hiflow’s growth take off internationally and exceed forecasts. This performance can be explained by several factors, as the most promising market segments internationally are not the same as in France. For Belgium, the flow of cars linked to vehicle maintenance is indeed very promising (38% of Hiflow deliveries in value) while for Spain, home deliveries of second-hand vehicles are very widespread (95% of Hiflow deliveries in value). Hiflow’s expertise has become a benchmark in these markets, recognized for its reliability and ability to adapt to local specificities while offering a unique level of service.
Strategic partnerships based on longevity and trust with major players in the sector
In France, Hiflow’s success is based on the renewed confidence of the major automotive players (out of the top 30 customers in 2019, 95% of Hiflow’s customers are still customers today)and its ability to fully integrate into their ecosystems. On the one hand, thanks to the renewal and extension of its major contracts, but also thanks to its successful integration into the Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility ecosystem. The strategic partnerships with Drivalia and Sofinco are a testament to the strength of the relationships built, notably through demanding tenders and joint work. These successes illustrate the relevance of an offer adapted to the growing needs of car fleets, and augur new international partnerships.
Differentiating services to continue to stand out in the market in 2025
With European markets exceeding its objectives and solutions adapted to local expectations, Hiflow continues its growth trajectory by supporting major developments in the automotive sector. In 2025, the company aims to further develop its activities by meeting the growing needs of fleets and capitalizing on its successes to consolidate its leadership internationally.
Market trends confirm a major shift in the expectations of customers, especially large accounts, towards delivery services. They are now looking for turnkey delivery solutions that allow them to entrust all logistics to a single provider, without having to manage unforeseen events or operational constraints.
Two areas of development stand out to meet these growing demands:
● All-inclusive logistics customer service: large accounts simply want to be able to give a transport order, leaving it to the service provider to manage the entire process, including unforeseen events such as a vehicle not ready, a blockage related to the fleet or the unavailability of the end customer. With a team of 38 logistics experts out of its 105 employees, Hiflow is positioned as a reliable partner, able to find solutions independently, whatever the circumstances.
● Facilitated return of multi-rental vehicles: the return of employees’ old vehicles, including when these vehicles are linked to rental contracts with other rental companies, is generally problematic for dealers and fleet managers. Hiflow strengthens its offer to facilitate the return of old vehicles: agreements with car fleets of rental companies throughout France, instantaneous transmission of return tickets…
“In 2024, Hiflow demonstrated its ability to establish itself as a key player internationally, thanks to an exceptional growth of more than 62% in Spain and Belgium, driven by our ability to integrate local specificities and offer differentiating services,” said Claire Cano-Houllier, co-founder of Hiflow. “This performance reflects the renewed confidence of our partners and our commitment to innovate to meet the needs of a sector in constant transformation. In 2025, we will continue to support our customers with agile solutions, while consolidating our leading position in France”.
