Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance, based on a survey of its 3,000 employees in France, has joined the community of companies labeled Best Workplaces® 2024. This label distinguishes organizations that place the employee experience at the heart of their raison d’être and performance. It rewards the initiatives taken by Consumer Finance and which are part of the Crédit Agricole Group’s Human Project, initiated by Crédit Agricole SA and the Regional Banks, and aimed at the group’s managerial, cultural and human transformation.
Certified Great Place To Work® since 2022, Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance receives for the first time in France the Best Workplaces® label and ranks in the top 10 organizations with more than 2,500 employees where it is good to work.
This award demonstrates the commitment of Consumer Finance teams and values the actions carried out within the company to simplify its organization, reduce hierarchical layers, review decision-making processes to be more agile and efficient while empowering teams through a managerial transformation.
All of these actions were initiated as part of the Crédit Agricole Group’s Human Project, which places the responsibility of its team members at the heart of the project and their ability to support and advise all customers in their environmental and societal transitions.
This distinction consolidates the Great Plate to Work® certifications recently obtained by two subsidiaries of Consumer Finance in Europe: Sofinco in Spain and Credibom in Portugal.
The managerial transformation carried out in France to enhance the spirit of initiative and develop employee commitment is also duplicated in the other subsidiaries of Consumer Finance in Europe. Credibom in Portugal and Sofinco Spain have achieved Great Place To Work® certification for the fourth and third consecutive years respectively. The teams valued the pride of belonging to the company and the favorable working environment.
This first Best Workplaces® label demonstrates the growing commitment of our teams and is an essential foundation for us to grow and ensure the satisfaction of our customers. Acting as a responsible employer means supporting all our employees in all our countries and at every moment of their professional life by promoting flexibility in the organization of work as well as the autonomy and responsibility of each, the continuous development of skills, mobility opportunities and professional equality between women and men.
