Sofinco expands its guarantees to better support its customers in case of dispute

Since February 2026, Sofinco has been strengthening its Legal Protection insurance by extending the guarantees offered to new customers. This evolution aims to better respond to everyday litigation situations, whether they are conflicts related to work, real estate work or situations of violence.

Strengthened legal protection on major everyday issues

Legal protection insurance allows policyholders to benefit from personalized advice and the support of expert lawyers: legal information, amicable negotiation and coverage of legal costs in the event of proceedings.

New subscriptions now include four additional areas:

• Domestic violence: A specific system provides for legal and psychological support and emergency relocation for the client and his children in the event of physical, psychological or economic domestic violence.

• Labor law: Clients can obtain legal advice in the event of dismissal for personal reasons, unilateral modification of the employment contract, contractual termination or even professional harassment.

• Real estate works: The guarantee covers disputes related to work carried out by a professional on a guaranteed real estate property, in order to support customers in securing their projects.

• School bullying: The client and their children are covered in the event of physical or psychological school violence, including threats, insults or situations of harassment. Psychological assistance is provided in this context.

• Domestic violence: A specific system provides for legal and psychological support and emergency relocation for the client and his children in the event of physical, psychological or economic domestic violence.

Deployment across all Sofinco channels

These new guarantees concern new subscriptions made via all Sofinco channels: outgoing calls, web channel and incoming calls in electronic signature.

By expanding its Legal Protection insurance, Sofinco confirms its desire to support its clients beyond financing, by providing them with concrete solutions to everyday disputes.
