Leasys Portugal and Banco Credibom strengthen synergies within the Crédit Agricole Group with the delivery of 120 vehicles in 2026
Leasys, a joint venture between Stellantis and Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility – specialized in mobility solutions ranging from medium and long-term rental to corporate fleet management – and Banco Credibom, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility that offers a diverse range of financial solutions, have announced a new strategic partnership in Portugal for the comprehensive management of Credibom’s vehicle fleet.
Banco Credibom’s fleet renewal will take place throughout 2026 and will consist of 116 electrified vehicles — 97 hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), 17 plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) and 2 fully electric.
Following a thorough negotiation process, this contract award represents a significant milestone for both organisations. For Leasys, it reinforces its position as a leading strategic partner in the management of large corporate fleets. For Banco Credibom, this decision reinforces its commitment to the sustainability policies it has been implementing and for which it has been recognised, notably through its B Corp certification. Banco Credibom became the first consumer credit institution in Portugal to obtain this certification, joining a global movement of companies that use their business activities as a driver of positive impact on society and the environment.
Under this partnership, Leasys will also be responsible for the comprehensive management of all services associated with vehicle hire, including maintenance, tyres, replacement vehicles and insurance. This approach allows mobility management to be centralised with a single provider, promoting greater operational efficiency and helping to optimise the overall costs of Banco Credibom’s fleet.
