From April 30 to May 11, 2026, Sofinco took part in the Foire de Paris for the 27th time. The program featured an immersive stand structured around three key themes: the sustainable home, the smart home, and the adapted home, with meetings with industry professionals and financing solutions designed for major housing transformations.
The Sofinco stand was organized around three areas, chosen for their relevance in light of current housing trends.
The sustainable home showcased solutions related to energy renovation and the ecological transition. In a context where the energy performance of homes has become a priority, Sofinco presented its Eco-Transitions offer as well as flexible payment options aimed at removing financial barriers to purchasing.
The smart home highlighted connected equipment and home automation. These technologies, now accessible to a wide audience, are a practical way to improve comfort and quality of life at home. Sofinco offers a simplified customer journey to enable housing professionals to quickly bring these projects to life with their clients.
The adapted home addressed the challenges of aging well, a major societal issue that calls for flexible and personalized financing solutions.
For Sofinco, the Foire de Paris was also a key opportunity to meet with professionals in the renovation and energy sectors. A dedicated space on the stand was set up to support their business development, offering installment payment solutions, the Eco-Transitions offer, and personalized support tailored to their specific needs.
On this occasion, Sofinco notably engaged with several of its partners such as AEY Global Rénovation and Technitoit, whose teams shared their views on the challenges of renovation and customer support in a rapidly evolving market.
New for this edition, the Sofinco Studio hosted expert talks and live broadcasts with Sud Radio throughout the event. This dedicated space for expert insights allowed Sofinco to play an educational role on major housing trends and the associated financing solutions.
