The 3rd edition of the Job Academy, launched on April 23, 2024, is part of our citizen engagement approach. It is organised by FACE Paris-Saclay, a network of local companies committed to fighting against all forms of exclusion, discrimination or poverty. In this context, our employees will support and accompany ten job seekers individually.
Once again this year, the “godparents” are mobilising to support, support and accompany their “godchildren” individually in search of a job for the next three months. Behind the objective of promoting employment in the region, the employees of the Personal Finance & Mobility team at the Job Academy have the mission of helping job seekers to regain employability by regularly exchanging on their projects, research and applications and by sharing their networks.
In addition to this individual sponsorship, referrals will have the opportunity to follow collective workshops on topics related to job search and led by employees of Personal Finance & Mobility.
This initiative is part of the Crédit Agricole Group’s “I act” programme, which enables employees to support the non-profit organisations of their choice through skills sponsorship.
