Sofinco unveils its new mobile application: an innovation at the service of the relationship, to accompany the lives of its customers on a daily basis

Sofinco, a major player in consumer credit in France, announces the launch of the new version of its mobile application, which will continue to gradually enrich itself with new services throughout the year. With this technological evolution, designed to respond concretely to the needs of everyday life, Sofinco affirms its desire to place the relationship at the heart of innovation in a context where the French expect brands to be present, useful and committed.

An application that accompanies customers in all their moments of life

A contingency to manage, a project to finance, a month-end to balance… The Sofinco application becomes a concrete ally in every moment of life. More intuitive, more fluid, it has been designed to simplify the daily management of payment in installments and consumer credit. Among the main novelties :

  • A redesigned dashboard, for immediate visibility on its credits, maturities, and room for maneuver.
  • Simplified routes, to make a request or follow a file in a few clicks.
  • Increased customization, to adapt the experience to each customer profile.
  • An improved dialog space, to exchange more easily with an advisor, at the right time.
  • Enhanced security, with biometric authentication by facial recognition and personalized notifications.

With an already rich base at launch, the Sofinco app will gradually be equipped with new features in the coming months.


Technology at the service of humans

Inspired by the best digital experiences (Google Play, …), the new Sofinco application amplifies proximity, allowing users to stay in touch with their advisor while having a solution always available and supported. It allows credit to take on its full dimension as a lever of autonomy and freedom. Sofinco thus reaffirms the strong values of the Crédit Agricole group: utility, responsibility, proximity.

Simplified access and a global approach to manage your contract as you please

With this new version of the app, users will be able to manage their credits, pay their purchases in installments and track their expenses in real time. They will thus be able to fulfill their desires (furniture, household appliances, travel, IT equipment, etc.) by choosing the financing offer that suits them – revolving credit, personal loan – and control their expenses in complete autonomy. In addition, all payment cards – Sofinco and partners – and their benefits are grouped in one place, so you can easily navigate them.

This enriched vision will be based in particular on the integration of open banking services: with the consent of our customers, the Sofinco application will securely access their banking data in order to more finely assess their situation and better personalize our support, for example by offering to make payments from its Sofinco credit to its current or vice versa. By broadening the understanding of customer journeys, enabling customers to manage their financial situation in an informed manner and facilitating the analysis of their ability to repay, Sofinco strengthens its mission as a responsible partner in the financing of personal projects.

An application co-built with customerslients

The new application is the result of an active co-construction approach with users. Regular tests and customer feedback collected throughout the development helped guide functional and ergonomic choices. The result: an intuitive application that meets the expectations expressed by customers.

Towards a constantly evolving digital ecosystem

This launch is part of Sofinco’s broader digital transformation ambition, which plans to continue to enrich its ecosystem of digital tools and services to better support its customers in their daily lives. Other features will soon strengthen the application, particularly in a logic of personalized budget advice and prevention of over-indebtedness.
