The Community of Communes of the Territory of Lunéville in Baccarat and the Pole of Territorial and Rural Balance of the Country of Lunéville entrust the management of their car-sharing service to Agilauto Partage
The management of Lulu, the 100% electric car-sharing service available in the Community of Municipalities of the territory of Lunéville in Baccarat since 2020, is entrusted as of March 1, 2025 to Agilauto Partage, the subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group specializing in rural car-sharing and corporate car-sharing.This partnership, which brings together the Community of Municipalities of the Territory of Lunéville in Baccarat, the PETR-Pays du Lunévillois, the Regional Bank of Crédit Agricole de Lorraine and Agilauto Partage, aims to enhance the car-sharing service in the territory of the Pays du Lunévillois and simplify the use of the 39 electric vehicles by the inhabitants of the municipalities concerned by bringing the know-how and tools of Agilauto Partage (optimized booking application, call center dedicated to users, etc.).
A management entrusted to Agilauto Partage, expert in car sharing in rural areas
With its experience acquired in the Community of communes of the Pays de Fayence where it launched a 100% electric rural car-sharing pilot, Agilauto Partage will bring to the operation of the existing PETR-Pays du Lunévillois, all its know-how, its tools and services:
This service will be managed in close collaboration with the community and Agilauto Partage will rely on the local presence of the Regional Bank of Crédit Agricole de Lorraine to promote this alternative mobility service to its customers.
Getting around is known to be difficult in rural areas. For years the Pays du Lunévillois has been experimenting and offering mobility solutions to facilitate the movement of its inhabitants. In association with the community of communes of the Territory of Lunéville in Baccarat, which carried out the investment, a solution of 40 car-sharing cars has been implemented since 2021. This solution makes it possible to meet a certain demand and to diversify the supply. Anxious to improve the quality of the service, the country is delighted to be able to partner with a new operator that is Agilauto Partage.
This partnership between Agilauto Partage and the Pays du Lunévillois illustrates our commitment to supporting sustainable and innovative mobility solutions for rural areas. By combining Agilauto Partage’s know-how and Crédit Agricole de Lorraine’s local roots, we want to simplify access to this electric car-sharing service for residents and strengthen the region’s attractiveness.
Shared mobility plays a key role in preserving connectivity and accessibility in rural areas where public transport infrastructure is limited. As part of the partnership with the Pays du Lunévillois, we will contribute to the development and sustainability of the existing car-sharing service. This project allows us to proudly carry the values conveyed by the Crédit Agricole group’s societal project by supporting the French and local communities towards more sustainable mobility.
