Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility receives the “Best Workplaces®” label from Great Place To Work® in France for the second consecutive year

Thanks to its initiatives within the framework of the Crédit Agricole Group’s Human Project, initiated by Crédit Agricole SA and the Regional Banks, and aimed at the Group’s managerial, cultural and human transformation, Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility has been awarded the Best Workplaces® label for the second year in France.

This recognition is a testament to Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility’s efforts to promote the well-being of its employees and to create an inclusive and fair working environment. This approach is illustrated by its actions to become a major player in the environmental and societal transition and by the Tremplin program launched in 2024, which supports employees whose businesses are declining towards new internal opportunities.

Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility is labeled Best Workplaces® for the employee experience developed through the implementation of the Crédit Agricole Group’s Human Project

Based on a survey of its 2,800 employees in France, Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, already certified Great Place To Work® since 2022, is labeled Best Workplaces® 2025 and is progressing in the ranking of the top 10 companies with more than 2,500 employees where it is good to work, moving from 10th to 8th place. This label rewards companies where the quality of life at work is the strongest and which place the employee experience at the heart of their raison d’être and their performance.

The Best Workplaces® label illustrates the commitment of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility teams within the framework of the Crédit Agricole Group’s Human Project to simplify its organization, review decision-making processes to make them more agile and efficient while empowering teams and developing their ability to support and advise all customers in their environmental and societal transitions.

Actions to encourage them to implement the energy transition in their personal sphere and a springboard program to help employees whose businesses are in decline to evolve at the heart of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility’s approach

As part of the Crédit Agricole Group’s commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and by symmetry of the solutions offered to its customers, Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility offers measures to support employees in the energy transition, to encourage the energy renovation of their main residence, the use of soft modes for the home/work journey through a sustainable mobility package and to promote their access to an electric vehicle in Long-Term Rental.

In addition, the Tremplin program launched in May 2024 at Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility is based on a 5-month program to enable employees whose businesses are declining to move towards new internal opportunities, in line with the changes in the company’s businesses. This system, which is based on a proactive approach of the employees concerned, consists of 4 phases: confidence building and confidence building, business discovery, project construction and start-up, training. Tremplin allows employees to explore developing jobs and guarantees them a position at the end of the course, for a successful conversion.

The first promotion concerned 12 employees and 2 other promotions are already being set up, and could particularly concern specific professions in development, particularly those of AI.

I am very proud to receive for the second year in a row the Best Workplaces® label for Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility. It reflects our company’s constant commitment to providing a positive and fulfilling working environment for our employees, to act as a responsible employer who supports its teams in all areas that affect them, such as skills development, professional development, equal opportunities or work organization. This distinction is the result of the efforts we have made within the framework of the Crédit Agricole Group’s Human Project, in all our entities, as well as the trust and involvement of everyone. Together, we will continue to build an environment where people can work and thrive.
