LUCIE 26000 rating: Sofinco achieves an excellent result confirming its CSR commitment

The first step towards the label has been successfully completed! The assessment of Sofinco by an audit firm confirms Sofinco’s extreme maturity in terms of CSR and its particularly well-orientated trajectory. Sofinco scores an excellent 878/1000 points.

It’s an outstanding assessment from the perspective of the auditors. Carried out as part of the LUCIE 26000 CSR certification process based on the international reference standard ISO 26000, it confirms the solidity and ambition of our commitments to our customers and partners, Sofinco employees, society and the environment. 

90% of the criteria evaluated obtain the best level of mastery according to the LUCIE 26000 standard. Only 3 criteria, already well orientated, have room for progress:

• integrate ESG factors into our service offerings;
• strengthen the duty to advise customers on the long circuit;
• minimise our environmental impact, particularly on the products and services financed.

They will be part of the action plan that Sofinco will transmit to the LUCIE 26000 agency and which constitutes the final stage of the labelling process.

The results of this evaluation are the result of a collective approach involving 60 employees from all Sofinco divisions who have actively contributed to presenting and promoting our actions, practices and ambitions. Facing the listeners
