Offers adapted to client’s projects

Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility supports its customers in carrying out their projects with a range of personalized offers and services. It also offers a range of mobility services and solutions in Europe.

  • For a one-time purchase, the versatility of depreciable credit: A financing solution with a fixed repayment, limited in time. Two options are possible: the personal loan distributed directly, and the credit at the point of sale directly linked to the property sold.
  • To smooth out expenses, the flexibility of revolving credit: Offered directly or at the point of sale, it provides customers with a sum of money that can be reused over time to finance their purchases. The amount made available determines the maximum repayment period.
  • To facilitate budget management, the simplicity of buying back credits: It is a single credit that replaces several existing credits. It allows simpler and clearer management of reimbursements.
  • To respond to new uses, rental formulas and subscriptions: For a growing number of consumers, the use of a good (car, high tech, etc.) no longer necessarily involves its acquisition. It is to meet these new expectations that we offer rental offers with option to purchase, as well as long-term rental (LTR) but also short and medium term rental or subscription.
  • To pay in 3x or 4x, split payment: It is a payment facility offered on e-commerce platforms and in stores to pay for an item in several instalments (3 or 4 instalments in the majority of brands) and thus spread out your expenditure over time. Historically devoted to high-tech purchases and household appliances, split payment has now developed in many other consumer universes (travel, clothing, optics, etc.).
  • To protect yourself and your property, insurance and provident solutions: Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility offers a diversified range of insurance covering a large number of needs and moments in life.
  1. Possibility of insuring a property financed by a consumer credit in one of our partner brands,
  2. Protect your property (car, housing, etc.), in France and abroad,
  3. Insure your real estate purchase with borrower insurance that adapts to all profiles: active, retired, student or unemployed,
  4. Prepare for the future, manage your e-reputation and anticipate hardships with our pension solutions (e-reputation insurance, funeral cover, legal protection, etc.).

Lease financing and Long-term rental, how does it work?

Lease financing can be used for a vehicle or other property. The customer then has it in return for a monthly rent and can, if he wishes, buy the property at the end of his contract.

Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility also offers long-term rental (LTR) offers to finance the purchase of a vehicle. The LTR offer makes the vehicle available for a fixed period and includes services such as servicing and maintenance. In France, Agilauto, the car leasing and eco-mobility solutions platform of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility and CAL&F distributes LTR offers with the Regional Banks, LCL, Sofinco but also via the Agilauto website, for all markets.

LTR is also one of the mobility solutions marketed by Crédit Agricole Auto Bank, the pan-European car financing, rental and mobility player resulting from the acquisition of 100% of FCA Bank by Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility.

Finally, Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility and Stellantis have together created a joint venture in equal shares, Leasys, whose ambition is to be a European multi-brand leader in LLD with a presence in eleven countries for all customers, professionals, businesses and individuals.

Facilitating access to electric mobility

Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility aims to be a European leader in electric mobility and offers a continuum of all mobility solutions in the 22 countries where it is: leasing, medium and short-term rental (Drivalia), subscription (Drivalia), urban and rural car-sharing (E+ Share Drivalia and Agilauto Partage), installation of charging stations, etc.

Ensuring the protection of our customers

As a responsible player in consumer credit, Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility is committed to consumer protection. Our credit acceptance procedures allow our customers to make informed choices. Our teams make them aware of the characteristics of the products subscribed to as well as the commitments they make, and help them set reimbursements adapted to their budgetary situation.

Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility has a support agency in France for financially vulnerable customers. Based on a personalized budget diagnosis, we offer them suitable solutions. In addition, our budget education actions make it possible to act upstream to prevent difficulties.

The strength of a group in the consumer credit market

Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility is one of the top 3 consumer credit players in Europe, with almost 10,000 employees in 20 European countries, Morocco and China. We are part of the Crédit Agricole Group, the largest financier of the French economy and one of the leading banks in Europe. Thanks to its local full-service banking model, Crédit Agricole Group supports its customers in their projects in France and around the world.

DISTRIBUTION AND E-COMMERCE PARTNERS

Solutions to support sales and build customer loyalty

The major challenge for us is to help our distribution and e-commerce partners speed up their customers' projects, both in-store and online. Developing innovative customised solutions, supporting teams and providing operational support are the pillars of our support approach, which our partners appreciate.

Around 7,000

Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility distribution partners

Improving sales and building customer loyalty

In the traditional distribution sector, going online prior to purchasing an item helps ramp up the conversion rate when visiting the store. However, most consumers start their shopping journey online, then complete their purchase in the store. Our digital expertise is decisive in supporting the transformation of commerce and improving customer loyalty for our partners. In addition, whether in store or for an online purchase, easy and quick access to consumer credit increases the average basket size.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is also central in our partners' loyalty initiatives. This is why we offer them solutions for collecting, scoring and managing customer data.

Helping increase customer satisfaction by supporting sales teams

Thanks to digitization, consumers are increasingly well informed, creating higher expectations for the in-store sales teams. To meet these needs, Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility offers training for our partner's sales forces so they are equipped with adequate tools and remain up-to-date with today's digital practices.

Optimising customer journeys through digital technologies

Both online and in-store, consumer credit is a powerful sales lever. Developing and rolling out innovative tools and solutions like 100% digital applications, electronic tablet signatures and fast order solutions such as click & connect and connected buttons, have demonstrated Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility's digital know-how. We also advise our partners on how to optimise their online sales site's user experience to improve sales.

In 2023, Sofinco was voted "Best Finance UX" by Google in the Credit category in France.

Supporting our partners' international development

As a leader in the European consumer credit market, our international stature gives us a detailed, broad knowledge of specialised distribution through the 21 countries in which we operate. This gives us a decisive competitive advantage in supporting our partners in developing their current markets and expanding into new ones. Our know-how in digital services and solutions also helps open up new customer segments in e- and m-commerce.

A major player in automotive financing

Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility is a major and historic player in car financing with a pan-European presence thanks to CA Auto Bank and its joint ventures with Stellantis (Leasys, major player in operational car leasing) and with the Chinese manufacturer GAC (GAC-Sofinco).

Present in all market segments (cars, motorcycles, leisure and marine), Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility’s expertise in the consumer credit and financing businesses and its vast geographical footprint (presence in 21 countries) allow it to offer solutions adapted to the requirements and specificities of each of its partners.

Simplified access to financing to satisfy future drivers

In a highly competitive automotive market, offering efficient and useful services to its customers is a decisive competitive advantage. Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility's expertise thus makes it possible to meet the marketing challenges of manufacturers and distributors by providing them with financing solutions at the point of sale adapted to their markets and the new uses of their customers (leasing, long-term rental or classic credit). Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility also offers reliable and personalised credit support, with responsible solutions adapted to consumers' ability to repay.

Quick answers to support sales

Customers now expect quick answers to their financing applications. Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility is rolling out an integrated and smooth digital strategy focused on partners expectations. Its aim is to finalise car loan sales in a very short time, as simply as possible. Thanks to the use of digital tools, the solutions offered to its manufacturing and distributor partners are fast, smooth and reliable at all levels of the value chain.

Meeting customers' new expectations

100% digitised procedures

From tablets for the sales teams to digitising our processes and using electronic signatures, our digital innovations help offer our partners fast, smooth and reliable solutions throughout the customer journey. This expertise convinced Chinese e-commerce leader Alibaba to join forces with our GAC-Sofinco automotive joint venture in China.

New solutions, new markets

Our car financing solutions include lease with an option to purchase and long-term leasing offers, such as those offered by our joint venture Leasys. Meanwhile, CA Auto Bank is expanding the range of brands it serves and is strengthening its position at the top end of the market, with Ferrari, Maserati, Tesla, Mazda, Aston Martin and Morgan. In Portugal, our subsidiary Credibom offers simple and innovative solutions to Mazda customers to renew their vehicles and boost the sales management cycle.

The leasing boom

Driving a new vehicle and reducing maintenance procedures is a priority for a growing number of professional and individual customers. Leasing gives drivers access to a new vehicle with or without an option to buy and, depending on the chosen solution, includes maintenance services.

  • Leasing with an option to purchase can be used to buy a vehicle. The customer uses their vehicle in return for a monthly rental payment and may, if they so desire, buy the vehicle at the end of the contract.
  • For individuals and company car fleets, Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility offers long-term leases. Long-term leases have two advantages: they provide access to the vehicle and include services such as maintenance.
